Frequently asked questions
How do I order and collect my sourdough ?
Order online by Wednesday at 5pm and choose your preferred collection point at checkout. Your sourdough is baked fresh for collection on Friday. You’ll receive confirmation of your order and collection details once your order has been placed.
When do orders close ?
Orders close Wednesday at 5pm for Friday’ collection. As we bake in small batches to order, some loaves may sell out before the cut-off, so we recommend ordering early.

How should I store my sourdough
Store your sourdough at room temperature in its bag or a bread box. Do not refrigerate..
For best results, enjoy within 3 days. If you won’t finish your loaf within that time, we recommend slicing and freezing it.
Can I freeze my sourdough
Absolutely. Sourdough freezes beautifully.
For convenience, slice your loaf before freezing and store it in an airtight bag or container. Toast slices straight from frozen, or allow them to thaw at room temperature before warming.
This is the best way to keep your Croft Lane sourdough tasting fresh for longer.
