Croft Lane Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Single-origin Koroneiki olive oil from Mesochoria, Southern Evia, Greece.

Made in small batches from 100% Koroneiki olives grown on a single plot in the village of Mesochoria. The olives are gathered the old way, with a deep respect for the land and the olive-growing traditions of the region, then taken to the local mill that same afternoon for cold extraction.

The result is a beautifully fresh extra virgin olive oil with the character we look for in exceptional Greek oil — fragrant and vibrant, with fresh green notes, gentle fruitiness and a clean peppery finish.

This isn’t oil produced for commercial scale. It’s made for the village, from one place and one harvest, and brought to Croft Lane because we believe provenance and simplicity matter just as much in the pantry as they do in our bread.

100% Koroneiki · Single origin · Small batch · Cold extracted

How should I store my sourdough

Store your sourdough at room temperature in its bag or a bread box. Do not refrigerate..

For best results, enjoy within 3 days. If you won’t finish your loaf within that time, we recommend slicing and freezing it.

Can I freeze my sourdough

Absolutely. Sourdough freezes beautifully.

For convenience, slice your loaf before freezing and store it in an airtight bag or container. Toast slices straight from frozen, or allow them to thaw at room temperature before warming.

This is the best way to keep your Croft Lane sourdough tasting fresh for longer.
